In my opinion, as a commercial general contractor myself, Roberto and Consbieke are one of the best contractors I have had the pleasure to have been associated with. His workmanship and follow- through have been exemplary. I have no reservations giving Roberto a gleaming referral. If we do any more projects in Manuel Antonio, Roberto will definitely be our go to guy.

His professionalism and fairness was most certainly on display and much appreciated. Having to rely on service work while not being present in the country can be very intimidating and challenging but his graphic and thorough correspondence via emails were most helpful and informative.

To say that he is a FULL SERVICE GUY is an understatement. I personally would not even consider anyone else in Manual Antonio, If I were to build again. I could not give Roberto a higher recommendation or approval of the job he has done for me. If you have any questions I would be more than happy to answer them for anyone, now or in the future.

I worked with him as a Project Manager for the La Punta Papagayo Project. I found him to be responsible, dependable, capable and creative both in thinking and in practical situations. I would recommend him without hesitation.

There was no room for error. Roberto assured us it could be done so we decided to proceed. The next morning, the Consbieke crew arrived at 6:30 AM. They worked hard until 5PM preparing the footers. Each day for the duration of the project they worked full days including weekends to meet the time frame. The workers were pleasant and respectful.

Being over 3,000 miles away and trying to coordinate the construction of our pool and various other projects at our property was trying, to say the least. After incurring numerous problems with the subcontractors, I was introduced to Roberto. Roberto was instrumental in corralling and coordinating the subcontractors while also working on various other construction projects that were part of his responsibility.

TRUST is the #1 concern or should be when you're building anywhere let alone a foreign country. I found Roberto to be at the highest level of trust of anyone I have done business with there in CR as well as the USA. He's a Licensed Engineer by trade, which made me feel much more at ease about the long term of my buildings. When there were questions, he always knew the answer or who to call. We talked frequently to make sure that the houses were being built as I had wanted them.
