Consbieke works with a group of associated professionals, including architects, structural engineers, electro-mechanical engineers, landscapers, and soil studies laboratories. Through these associations we are able to give total solutions to our customers.

PRE-
CONSTRUCTION

In this stage, the aim is to guarantee the client a more efficient project; This is achieved through a real cost estimate, value engineering and a planning of how the project will be built.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR

The realization of the project itself is the action of taking the constructive plans and bringing them to reality; resulting in a quality product This service can be provided either for new constructions or for remodeling. This service seeks the development of the project through a total control of the construction and its economic flow. This is achieved by Administration of subcontractors, Cost control, Quality supervision.

Customer representatiON & inspectIONS

Many times investors do not have the appropriate experience to supervise a construction company, thus allowing cash flow gaps to occur. The services of the work inspection body allow to be the financial eyes of the client in the work; this is achieved with periodic visits to the construction to make sure that the cash flow coincides with the  Construction of the work versus budget and time.

Founded in 2009, we serve the the construction and related consulting needs of the Manuel Antonio and Greater Quepos area of Costa Rica. We bring a new and innovative approaches to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients, of course provide a high quality product. We have completed both residential and commercial projects, including several restaurants.

We start with a personal consultation, where you will describe your ideas and desires to us in detail. We will take notes, come up with a rough plan, and then schedule a follow-up meeting to get the concrete plans confirmed. As soon as this happens, your project can begin!

There was no room for error. Roberto assured us it could be done so we decided to proceed. The next morning, the Consbieke crew arrived at 6:30 AM. They worked hard until 5PM preparing the footers.
