The project consisted of a new addition and the remodel of an existing house. We turned a 2 level duplex of 6 bedroom ( 3 each ) into one bigger 8 bedroom house. Adding a pool deck, a BBQ area and a living and dinning area. On the exiting house we turned the old kitchen of the top floor into a Grand Master Bedroom. Also we remodel the ceilings and walls of the rest of the existing house. Our company was hired as the General Contractor. Project finished 2012.

Casa Marbella is a 4 bedroom luxury house in Manuel Antonio. It has an A/C area of 4 900 ft2, plus balconies on each room, a terrace and a pool. Our company was hired as the General Contractor. Project finished 2013.

The project was a 2 bedroom Villa in Manuel Antonio, Quepos. The house has an Area of 2 100 ft2 plus a pool and the pool deck. Our company was hired as the General Contractor. Project finished 2014.

The project consisted in the construction of a new house of 235 m2 (2538 ft2). Our company’s contract was divided in 2, Grey work contractor and some finishes. Project finished 2017.

The project consisted in the remodel of an existing space of 136m2 (1468 ft2) and the addition of a new space of 190 m2 (2242 ft2). Our company was hired as the General Contractor. Project finished 2012.

The project consisted of remodeling an empty space and creating a reception area on the first floor and office space on the second level. Our company was hired as the General Contractor for the construction projected which was completed in 2011.
